My name is James Monk and I am a fully qualified advanced personal fitness trainer. I am a certified Personal Trainer Practioner with CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the mamagement of Sport and Physical Activity) Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 qualification as a Personal Trainer and a BA (Hons) degree in Health and Fitness Management. I have worked for some of the largest fitness clubs in the UK including David Lloyd and Fitness First and with Peformance Fitness Gym since the club opened in October 2012.
I provide advice to my clients on fitness and health via personal training and nutrition and diet programmes, fitness assessments, BMI etc.
