Your first session costs just £10.00 and lasts for approx 1 hour. This is where we meet and get to know a bit about each other. I look at your current level of fitness - lifestyle and diet and we then discuss what you want to achieve - timeframes and how many PT sessions you can do per week and what other exercise you do.
It is very much a joint effort. If you are happy with the working arrangement and what is entailed we agree on an initial Programme. The £10 paid goes against your first session.
All sessions are based on a charges from £25 per hour or £12.50 per half hour. For 'buddy up' sessions (2 people) the hourly rate is reduced to £40 per hour (£20.00 each). For multiple sessions fees are reduced for 10 or more sessions booked at one go - 11th session free.
Diet and nutrition plan is charged at £15 and an initial written fitness assessment is incorporated in the first session charge. I may do a full fitness assessment to see how fit you are based on gender and age.

Off on holiday – special event – getting married – feeling out of shape – put on some pounds – out of condition? This fitness training package is a great way to make some amazing changes.
Although 6 weeks is not a great deal of time, I am confident that if you give a 100% commitment and follow exactly what I advise, you will be very happy with your results. This package is a great kick-starter it will help get you into a good routine, as well as help change your lifestyle and mind-set, which is so important. For real fitness change we need to look at diet – exercise and change some behaviour!

We need to first look at your diet and probably make some changes!
I find out more about your current nutrition choice, lifestyle and other key important points, which will play a key role in your success. From here I will work with you and set you nutrition goals and educate you on what needs to be done during this 6 week period. So, you will get a diet plan to start you on the road to healthy eating.
The Transformation fitness programme is based on 3 personal training sessions workout per week. Initial session with me includes a fitness assessment. We can then produce a personal training plan that meets your needs and ensure you are doing the right exercises and using the gym equipment correctly (very important).
The first session is the most important. This is where we get all your stats and use this data throughout. On this first session we will take body-fat measurements, weight and photos. Photos are a must! We can't explain how important taking photos are. Clients are sometimes against taking photos initially, but ALWAYS thank me later for talking them, as they never would have realised how much change they made, without them.
Photos are so important as firstly it’s hard to notice changes visually, as you constantly see yourself. Secondly the moment that clients start to see changes is usually the moment that they go on to make even better results, as they truly do believe that they will now get results. Body fat and photos can be taken regularly if you wish throughout the 6 weeks to show progress and keep you motivated throughout.
The personal training sessions are all tailored to each individual, so, depending on what you want to achieve, whether you are male or female, each programme is different. Expect to be ‘pushed’ when we do workouts as you will be taken to new limits. I will constantly be paying attention to your form and the improvements you are making.
You should start to feel the difference after the first week. After 4 weeks you will normally notice significant differences and after 6 - 8 weeks you probably will be amazed at your progress and not want to stop the programme – that’s another issue!! Remember, in 6 -8 weeks you can make big changes but its often just the start!
By the end of the 6 weeks you will normally have made some great progress during your transformation. If you have never had a personal trainer before and are new to exercise, then this this fitness training package is a great starting point.
I am always very flexible regarding how you wish to pay. Quite happy for you to pay at each session if you wish. There is never any commitment over and above a session anyway. So you can try a couple of sessions - see how you feel and then continue or not! Most of my clients tend to pay for a number of sessions up-front as it is easier to do/schedule and does make you more committed to the whole process of getting fit! Its also a bit cheaper for you if you commit to an exercise plan/schedule up front.
Based on above the 6 week transformation package would be:
Cost: £25 per hour x 18 sessions (over 6 weeks) = £450 less discount = £425 total - Plan can be paid weekly in advance i.e. approx £70 per week. Please note - you are never committed to more than one session at a time. So, you can cancel out if you wish at any time. However, if you pay 'up front' that commits both parties!!!!
